The short-term student exchange program GENDER NEUTR-ALL, Project 2022-1-FR01-KA220-SCH-000088056 (mobility in France) was implemented in the period 17-23 November 2024.

Students from the GEL Vartholomio Ilias, the GEL Velo Corinthias, the Agroupamento Escuola di Montemor-o-Novo and the Agroupamento Escuola di Moura from Portugal took part as well as from the College de Saint Exugery and the Lycee Delamare Deboutteville of Forges-les-Eaux of Normandy

On the day of arrival (17/11/2024) in Paris, the GEL Vartholomio group- consisting of eight students and two accompanying teachers- visited the Louvre museum in the center of Paris. Great paintings and sculptures that belong to the world heritage became the object of admiration and thorough browsing.

Afterwards, the transition was made to Forges-les-Eaux and the students met their classmates who would be hosting them as well as their families. From there they headed to the houses where they would stay.

On the first day of the program (18/11/2024) a welcome ceremony was held in the theater by the Mayor of the city. Local delicacies were offered and some symbolic gifts were given to each participant. Afterwards, there was a guided tour of the entire historic center of the city in order to present and highlight the history and culture of the area. The tour ended at the city's Museum of Resistance, where a detailed presentation of the exhibits and a historical presentation of the brave resistance of the Normans against the German occupation took place.

On the second day of the program (19/11/2024) activities were implemented in both schools. Their topics were: gender stereotypes and work, women scientists around the world, cooking workshops for both sexes. The teachers were toured by Frence teachers to the school premises in order to make a comparative observation with the Greek schools.

On the third day (20/11/2024) a visit was made to the University of Rouen. Activities and lectures on gender stereotypes were organized there by the Professor of the University of Rouen Eleni Karachotziti and by the Professor of the University of Corinth Despina Karakatsani. Afterwards, a hidden treasure game was organized through which students collaboratively discovered the spaces of the University as well as the actions that take place in each of them.  All students participated creatively and willingly. In the evening the students with their host parents went for food and entertainment in Rouen.

On the fourth day (21/11/2024) a visit to Paris had been organized. Specifically, a visit was made to the Palace of Versailles where the students toured the royal palaces and their gardens. However, as the snowfall became more and more intense, the Seine cruise and the visit to Montmartre were not possible. On the fifth day of the program (22/11/2024) a completion ceremony was held and commemorative awards were given to all its participants.

On the last day and after leaving Forges-les-Eaux, we visited the medieval city of Rouen and were guided by Mrs. Eleni Karahotziti at the Museum of Fine Arts, in the historic center of the city, at the place where Joan of Lorraine was executed by fire, as well as at the Christmas-decorated local market. From there the group, crossing the city of Paris, headed to the airport where they departed for Vartholomio.
